My name is Serce, though I also go by Bear or Rot. As far as pronouns, I primarily use it/its & shi/hir, though I am also comfortable with he/him & she/her! I am a 16-year-old artist, writer, and beginner animator in the United States. What I draw really depends on what I'm into at the moment and how I'm feeling. Really, I'm just Some Guy who likes to make things, and who thinks a lot. I love to experiment with my creative endeavors, and to me there is no joy comperable to the joy of learning something new. Art is not something that can ever be truly perfected, because there is no standard for what that perfection would be. Thus, in creating, we are always learning.

I guess I already kinda said this, but I want to start moving away from social media for the most part. At the time of writing this, Twitter (I refuse to call it 'X') is becoming an actual example of dead internet theory. AI-generated slop is at an all-time high throughout all of the internet, and every well-known website has been corporatized to hell and back. I have this idea that stepping back into something I've made myself will be meaningful not only to me, but to those who find it. Like, "here I am! There are still people here!"
